Upper:

Produced in Lorica and lined with air Teflon mesh.  Teflon acts as an invisible protection to provide maximum water and stain repellency, so the boots dry quicker and molds do not form.

Shin Plate - Scuff Pad - Closure:

On the outside, the Vertigo model is complete with an interchangeable nylon shin plate to protect the shin and with a nylon scuff pad, to preent wear and tear, both replaceable.  It's possible to replace the front and the toe slider, choose from a carbon or nylon front, and from a fully nylon scuff pad or with a ceramic one or an aluminum one.  Sidi has added a small elastic panel to aid in a smooth zipper operaton as it allows a bit of movement via the elastic as the zipper passes over the rider's ankle ball.  The ankle area is padded inside.

Tecno VR System:

The leg portion, in polyurethane, is fitted with the TECNO VR closing system patented by Sidi, to provide a micro adjustment via a nylon thread passing through two lateral holes.  The mechanisim pulls on the thread to wrap the boot symmetrically and snugly around the calf.

Air Ventilation System:

On the lower outer part of the boot an air intake is fitted wich can be opened or closed accourding to needs, by a simple pushbutton.

Shock Absorbing Heel Cup:

For greater foot safety, the heel of the Vertigo model is fitted with a transparent polycarbonate shell with two anti-impact shock absorbers.  The transparent shell has 3mm of impact movement.

Sole:

The sole is in rubber and the innersole is in plastic material with removable arch support.
